With over five years of experience in administrative services and twelve years in customer service, Jessica brings a well-rounded and people-focused approach to her role as Administrative Assistant. She has supported teams in a variety of environments, including a law firm, hospital, correctional facility, and small-town business, giving her a strong ability to adapt and stay organized in fast-paced settings.
A graduate of the Paralegal program at Oulton College, she combines her legal knowledge with a bubbly personality, empathetic nature, and eagerness to learn — helping create a welcoming and efficient experience for both clients and colleagues.
Beyond her career, Jessica values time with her family and friends, especially her two cherished fur babies, Noël and Taylor. She enjoys unwinding with a great book, listening to Taylor Swift, and taking long walks to relax and recharge.
